1 Parties to the Agreement & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 54bd2 platform and its users (hereinafter "Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to the website, mobile version, and all services provided by 54bd2.

54bd2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have consented to the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Account Registration & Management

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on 54bd2, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age — this platform operates for persons aged 21 and above only.
  • You must register under your own identity — registration under another person's name or a fictitious identity is prohibited.
  • Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify 54bd2 Support immediately.

You will be responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials until you have notified 54bd2 of any unauthorized access.

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Verification

54bd2 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, copies of a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 54bd2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

  • The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
  • All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • Deposited funds may only be used in the account from which the payment was made.
  • In the case of a failed or incomplete transaction, please contact support immediately.

54bd2 does not bear responsibility for any third-party fees or mobile banking charges related to deposits.

6 Withdrawal Terms

Conditions applicable to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
  • A bonus balance linked to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.

54bd2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7 Welcome Bonus

New members on 54bd2 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
  • The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus: bonus amount × 15.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

8 General Bonus Usage Rules

The following general conditions apply to any bonus offer from 54bd2:

  • Bonuses are usable only on 54bd2's own games.
  • Multiple accounts from the same household, device, IP address, or payment method may not claim bonuses.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 54bd2 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • Bonus terms and conditions may change at any time — please read the specific terms for each offer separately.

Gaming Rules

9 Fair Play Policy

54bd2 is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption and all games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology capable of delivering fair outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

  • Playing games using any software, bot, or automation tool.
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an advantage.
  • Claiming bonus or promotion benefits through multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other members.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

10 Technical Errors & Dispute Resolution

If a game runs incorrectly or its outcome is distorted due to a technical error, 54bd2 reserves the right to void that round or session. In such cases, the balance used will be refunded, but no further compensation will be provided.

If you disagree with any transaction or game result, you must notify support in writing within 30 days of the relevant date. Complaints filed after 30 days will not be accepted.

VIP Program & Rewards

11 VIP Tiers & Benefits

54bd2's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. 54bd2 reserves the right to change or discontinue the VIP program at any time.

User Code of Conduct

12 Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the 54bd2 platform:

  • Harassing, insulting, or threatening other members.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

If such behaviour is detected, 54bd2 may suspend or permanently close the account without warning. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

54bd2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • If registration was completed using a false identity or false information.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
  • If identity verification fails or cooperation is withheld.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, it will be returned subject to verification.

Limitation of Liability

14 Service Availability

54bd2 strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times, but cannot accept responsibility for temporary disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

54bd2 is not responsible for game losses resulting from internet disconnection or device issues. In such situations, please contact support to verify the game status.

15 Liability for Financial Losses

Online gaming carries financial risk. 54bd2 does not accept responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming activity. The decision to use the platform is entirely your own.

16 Third-Party Services
